All that exciting hair news is moot.
As pleased as I was with the idea of growing out my hair, I was equally dissatisfied with its overall shape.
These feelings intensified until Sunday when I walked into a salon. Some irrational part of me thought I could have the shape evened out into a shag without actually cutting it any shorter....??
Once more, arevoir hair stick. Hello hot iron.

We're in exactly the same spot--I'm so close to being able to use buns as a styling tool again (I can't tell if that requires an explanation or not...) but I don't think I want my hair quite this long. Oy, decisions!
